Are you planning to bring a guest to the dance that does not attend Lake Howell? Then you must submit an “Off Campus Guest Application” prior to purchasing their ticket. 

Please follow these steps…

1. Download the Off Campus Guest Form located HERE (bit.ly/DFHOCOLH)
2. Give the form to your guest and have them properly fill out the form. If they are a high school student, they must have an administrator at their school fill out the correct section of the form. If they are NOT in high school, they must fill out the approproate section on the form.
3. Once the form is filled out, take a CLEAR PHOTO of the form AND of your guest’s ID (school ID, driver’s license, etc.) and submit the photos to the link below. Blurry pictures or incomplete forms will be denied.
4. Wait for the approval email.

That’s it! Be sure to wait for the approval email, which will be sent to your student email address, before purchasing your guest’s ticket.
