In order to participate in Graduation, Grad Bash or Prom, you must be off the Debt List.
If you would like to check your status on the debt list, please email the book keeper at [email protected].
*Remember,
you still can be placed on the debt list if you accrue any debt before
the end of the school year from things such as the cafeteria debt, missing
textbooks, missing uniforms, etc. Be sure to clear your debts as soon as possible.
Graduation is Tuesday, May 21 at 2pm at the Addition Financial Arena (UCF).
The last day for Seniors will be Tuesday, May 14. The MANDATORY Graduation Meeting is Friday, May 17 at noon in the auditorium. All Seniors MUST attend the meeting.
Tickets for graduation will be handed out at the end of the meeting. Tickets will not be handed out beforehand. Each graduate will receive 12 tickets. Everyone, including small children, must have a ticket. Extra tickets can be purchased beginning Wednesday, May 1 for $5 (cash only) from the bookkeeper.
If you have not filled out your Grad Reader information, please do so immediately.
It is extremely important that all seniors read the graduation checklist and complete everything prior to FRIDAY, MAY 3.
Do you want to decorate your cap for graduation? Please click on the link below to download the Graduation Cap Design form. All forms must be submitted by Friday, May 13 by 3PM.
Don't forget to order your cap and gown from Herff Jones as soon as possible. The cost is now $140!
The price includes: cap, gown, tassel, hood, graduation tickets, diploma cover, diploma, Addition Financial Arena rental, and other graduation expenses. Units should be purchase by Spring (prior to Spring Break) to ensure an on-time delivery. Caps and gowns will be delivered during Senior Week (April 15-19).
You must have prior approval from Ms. Dopson in order to use someone else's gown. You will still be responsible for purchasing a tassel and graduation hood (all other items are included) from Herff Jones.
